NewDOT Leads sells digital CSV state packs (weekly seats). Because you can review a free demo sample and a clear deliverable definition before you pay, we do not offer refunds, credits, or chargebacks-as-policy once payment is completed.

Try before you buy

  • Free public demo sample (schema preview — labeled illustrative, not live carriers).
  • Clear filters: AUTHORIZED FOR HIRE · status A · state physical address · recent add_date.
  • Honest caveats: new USDOT ≠ active MC; contacts as filed; not exclusive; verify on SAFER / L&I before quoting.

What you are buying

A CSV extract of public FMCSA Company Census rows matching the stated filters for your state pack, delivered by email on the stated cadence (weekly seat). Field schema matches the demo sample shapes.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. A seat is month to month and billed monthly at $79 per state pack or ZIP set within one state, starting on the day you check out. We do not store full card numbers.

Weekly seat ($79/mo per state or ZIP set)

  • Cancel future billing anytime by emailing hello@forhireleads.com with your state pack name.
  • Cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — no further charges after that cycle.
  • No refund for the current period (including partial weeks, unused rows, or buyer-side outcomes such as unreachable phones, competition, or SAFER showing no active MC).
  • Weekly deliverable: one CSV of newly appearing AUTHORIZED FOR HIRE / status A carriers for that state’s physical address (or your ZIP set), delivered every Monday by 9:00 AM PT.

Delivery issue (re-delivery only — not a refund)

  • If a delivered file materially fails the stated schema/filters (wrong state, wrong classdef filter, missing promised columns), email hello@forhireleads.com within 7 days with the file attached.
  • We will re-deliver a corrected file. That is the sole remedy.
  • It is not a guarantee that phones/emails connect or that carriers are bookable.

Not covered (examples)

  • Carrier already worked by other agents
  • Carrier not ready to buy
  • Underwriting decline
  • No active MC on SAFER
  • Contact as-filed unreachable
  • Preference change after purchase

Email hello@forhireleads.com with subject “Cancel seat”, your purchase email, and state pack. We respond on business days.
