We sell weekly CSV state packs of newly appearing for-hire USDOT carriers from the public FMCSA Company Census — same schema nationwide. Select the state markets your book covers. NewDOT Leads

We do not sell insurance, give insurance advice, or claim to be an FMCSA-endorsed service. We are a public-records lead product.

  • Public website sample: invented demo/illustrative rows only (not live census carriers) — clearly labeled
  • Live product: real FMCSA Company Census rows via SODA/API for paid weekly packs
  • Private outreach attachments: real SAFER-checkable samples kept off the public site

Any CSV or HTML table on the public website is fake / demo / illustrative — invented USDOTs, names, 555-style phones, and @example.com emails with the same field schema as production. It is not a dump of live FMCSA census rows.

Paid weekly state packs use real Company Census data (az4n-8mr2) via SODA/API. Real multi-row samples for private outreach stay off the public deploy package.

Every pack is one CSV with the same 17 columns (census values as filed, plus two provenance columns we add):

  • phy_city, phy_state, phy_zip
  • phone_public, email_public_filing (as filed, not verified)

  • classdef, carrier_operation, hm_ind

Rules applied to every row: status A · classdef includes AUTHORIZED FOR HIRE · physical address in your state or ZIP set · recent add_date, newest first · contacts as filed. Definitions: field dictionary · rules applied to every row.

What this product is NOT

We do not invent coverage or enrichment.
  • Not Motus MC-authority grant confirmation (new USDOT ≠ active MC)
  • Not insurance X-date / policy expiry data
  • Not LinkedIn-enriched or privately purchased emails
  • No promise of bookability, insurability, creditworthiness, or contact reachability
  • Not insurance advice or a rating tool

Always verify on SAFER Company Snapshot and FMCSA Licensing & Insurance (L&I) before quoting or binding.

Update cadence & delivery SLA

  • Delivery: Delivered every Monday by 9:00 AM PT for each live state pack or ZIP set
  • Underlying freshness: FMCSA Company Census built from a database that lags about 24 hours (per FMCSA)
  • Diffs: after two paid weeks on a pack, optional new-rows-only CSV vs prior week
  • Missed SLA: if a Monday delivery slips, we email the pack the same business day when possible and note the delay — no silent skips

Contactability (honest)

Census phones and emails are as filed by the registrant. We do not SMTP-verify, do not buy third-party enrichment, and do not scrape LinkedIn. Filing services sometimes place one shared inbox on many USDOT registrations. That is a known industry limitation of public FMCSA contacts — not something we paper over with fake “verified” badges.

The public free demo sample shows field shapes only (invented rows — not live carriers). Paid packs ship real census contacts as filed. Always verify authority on SAFER before quoting.

Licensing posture

FMCSA Open Data publishes the Company Census at no charge for public use. If the portal blocks access or licensing becomes murky, we stop — we do not scrape harder or buy gray-market lists.

State pack or ZIP-targeted list — same schema

Buy a full state weekly pack (phy_state) or a ZIP-filtered list (phy_zip) from the same AUTHORIZED FOR HIRE census. Same columns, same SAFER-verify honesty.

ZIP list terms: $79/mo seat (same as a state pack) for weekly delivery filtered to your ZIP set within one state. Delivered every Monday by 9:00 AM PT. Minimum one ZIP; email the ZIP list you want. All sales final after payment.
