What’s in the demo CSV
Multi-state illustrative rows (TX · CA · FL · IL · KS) showing the production field set: USDOT, legal name, city/state/ZIP, phone and email as filed, officer, power units, drivers, classdef, carrier operation, HM flag, status, add_date, lead signal, source provenance.
Paid weekly state packs use real Company Census data (az4n-8mr2) via SODA/API. New USDOT ≠ active MC — always verify on SAFER / L&I before quoting.
Rules applied to every row
status_code= A (active) in the FMCSA Company Census (dataset az4n-8mr2)classdefincludes AUTHORIZED FOR HIRE- Physical address (

add_date, newest first. After two paid weeks you can ask for new-rows-only files vs the prior week - Contacts exactly as filed; nothing appended, enriched, or marked “verified”
- Delivered every Monday by 9:00 AM PT, one CSV per seat
Not applied: MC authority grant check, insurance-on-file check, phone or email verification, exclusivity. Verify on SAFER / L&I before quoting.
